Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy

We are a small business, and are unable to provide some services that larger corporations are able to. Variables like shipping and processing time are estimates and depend on various factors like demand and COVID-19. 

Product Pricing

All prices quoted online exclude taxes, shipping and delivery charges.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items, and the shipping option(s) you choose. Currently, we only ship within Canada, and charge a flat rate shipping cost within BC. 

Please also note that the shipping rates are based on weight.

We always try to find the most economical option for shipping your parcel to you and may use any of the following: Canada Post, UPS, Canpar or Purolator.

International Orders

At this time, shipping is only available within Canada. 

Delivery Time

We process all orders during regular business days (Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time). We will ship your order in a timely manner however delays may occur beyond the control of Everything Ahnika. It is our goal to ship “in stock” items within 5 business days. If shipping within BC, please allow 2-10 business days after processing to receive your package. Orders outside BC can expect to receive their package within 5-15 business days. 

P.O. Box Shipments

Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery of your order.

Delivery Address Accuracy

In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code and phone number to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. We will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem, however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.

Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments

Sometimes parcels get mishandled. Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us via email at bcbrewerypassport@gmail.com immediately so that we can register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and the packaging material exactly as they were delivered until you’re advised otherwise. Please note that an Order Number is required to report damaged or lost items. 

Make sure to inspect all freight-bound shipments prior to accepting the contents for any damage. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as “DAMAGED”. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to: hello@everythingahnika.com.

Returns Policy

Currently we are not accepting returns or issuing refunds at this time. All BC Craft Brewery Passports are final sale.

For items received from an online order that have arrived broken, please send photo documentation of the damages to hello@everythingahnika.com along with your order number within 24 hours of receipt.

Product Quality

While we work very hard to ensure the quality of our products, the BC Craft Brewery Passport is slow produced and created by a one-woman-show. By purchasing this product you are agreeing to purchase as is, and implying understanding that there may be small mistakes (i.e. a typo). If your passport arrives damaged, please follow the instructions here.
